Be careful when listening to evolutionists. They say things as if they are absolute proven fact that are often no more than pretty stories/ wild guesses.
Ask for the real proof.

CBS goes to ground over claims it buried anti-Obama stories | New York Post
"Let's hope that in this coming week, Attkisson will tell us what is really on her mind.
In this New York Post article, Attkisson states - "One of the most instructive things at the time, for me, was when government researchers told me that even though all the studies showed flu shots didn’t work in the elderly, they figured the STUDIES were wrong because they “knew” flu shots worked!’’
She goes on to sate: "Kind of reminds me of today’s CDC that looks at all the scientific links between vaccines and autism but ‘knows’ it can’t be so, so it changes the study data or finds other explanations for why the data says what it says,”
Thank you Sharyl Attkisson for not being afraid to ask the hard questions at any cost."
America today has traded the worship of God for the worship of government and science. That is where we turn when we have a problem. Even when the science says God is right or that the science itself is wrong, we insist the human theories MUST rule.

Merry Christmas vs Happy Holidays
You know, when I was a kid "Happy Holidays" WAS a traditional Christmas greeting, fully accepted by everyone without a second thought. It has been around at least as long as "Merry Christmas." It means "Happy Holy Days."
"Merry Christmas" means "Merry Christ Mass [Service]" (an invention of the Catholic Church, by the way. Jesus was likely born in September or October. Shepherds don't generally have their sheep in fields in the height of winter, but in barns).
The only reason this has become an issue is a few stores told their emplyees to only say the one and not the other.
It does not mean that if I say "Happy Holidays" I am denying Christ. It likely just means I can't remember which holiday we are closest to (Thanksgiving? Christmas? New Years? Do I have all the kids I brought with me here? Have I lost anyone? Did I get everything I meant to? Did I turn the space heater off before leaving the house? Did I remember to put clothes on before leaving the house?:-P)
So come on, people. Lets quit being distracted by these silly side issues and start focusing on what is important:
Jesus Christ, God incarnate, robed Himself in flesh, lived a sinless life, and voluntarily died the most torturous death humans have ever invented...
All to wipe out my sins so I could go to heaven instead of hell.
If you REALLY believe the message of Christmas is important, be sure to tell ALL of your loved ones (and hated ones too!) about Jesus and His wonderful gift of salvation this season!
Jesus- It's Hell without Him!

Dating Stonehenge
The Institute for Creation Research
Article about a redating of Stonehenge and the discovery of historical documents describing its building (Merlin was the foreman for the builders). Turns out, the evidence has been staring us in the face for ages.
Secular Historians have invented a story of history requiring 1000's of years. Since the Bible doesn't agree with that, they dismiss It as fairy tales. When historical documents are found to disagree with their story (and agree with the Bible) they call them nonsense and ignore them. Then they wonder why they can't find all the information that should be out there.
Hello! Quit being so atheistically religious and look at the real evidence! More and more archeology is supporting the Bible and the Young Earth theory. It's time the secularists put aside their bias and accept the real evidence.
The Bible is True.

The Name of God
When reading the Bible we must remember that our current KJV Bible is 16th century English. Often there are words used that we don't quite understand, or that we don't really know the meaning of. Let's take "Our Lord Jesus Christ" for example.
Lord is the 16th century English word for "Boss, owner"
Jesus is the Greek version of the name "Yeshua" (Joshua) which means "to rescue", "to deliver." (Jesus' disciples would not have called Him [Gee-suss] as we pronounce it. They would have used the word "Yeshua" (Hebrew has nor J sound. Our equivalent is "Joshua.")
Christ Is the Greek version of the word "Messiah" which means "Anointed One."
So, "Our Lord Jesus Christ" in 21st Century English is:

Predestination vs Free Will
Genesis 2:16-17 And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”
God told Adam and Eve they could eat of every tree in the garden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. 2 options for interpretation:
1) They were not physically able to eat from the tree.
2) The were physically able, but were not allowed to eat of the tree.
Obviously it's number 2. They chose to eat and did. They had the free will to obey or not obey and they chose not.
Human kind was made in God's image. God is not a physical being, though. We were made in His emotional, spiritual image.
Does God have free will? Can He do anything He wants? Or does some other power put limitations on Him? If there is a limiting to God He is not God.
If we are made in his image, then, we are free to do as we wish (within the confines of this physical world, of course. God placed that restriction on us when He put us in physical bodies).
1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
God will always provide a way for us to chose to not sin. It is always our choice because He always makes an option available.
John 7:17 If any man will (choose to) do his (God's) will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
NIV John 7:17 Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.
Joshua 24:15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”
Mark 8:34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.
Revelation 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
If, wants, and will mean you have the choice to open or not, to be a disciple or not, to choose God or false gods.
Romans 13:2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.
This doesn't say judgment is brought on those God chooses to bring judgment on. It says if you choose to rebel against proper authority God will punish you.
Romans 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
If means you have a choice not to. This is a persuasive argument that tells you the results of your choices.
Isaiah 55:6-7 Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.
Again, this is a call to choose to turn from evil.
John 1:12-13 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
The believing and receiving came first, then the becoming the child of God.
Deuteronomy 30:19-20 This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live 20 and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the LORD is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
If you choose God you will receive these blessings.
"This offer would be meaningless, even cruel, if we lacked free will. Instead of forcing us to do what he says, God warmly appeals to us:"
Ezekiel 18:30-32 “Therefore, you Israelites, I will judge each of you according to your own ways, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall. 31 Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart and a new spirit. Why will you die, people of Israel? 32 For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live!
Yet another passionate call for repentance, for choosing God.
Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: (God helps us in our weaknesses) for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (speaking in tongues)
27 And he that searcheth the hearts (Jesus) knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit (The Father) , because he (Jesus) maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God (The Father).
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God (loving God comes first), to them who are the called according to [his] purpose. (He calls us to His purpose after we love Him)
29 For whom he did foreknow (foreknew what? That they would choose to love Him), he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son (God determined from teh beginning that those who choose to love Him will become like Jesus), that he (Jesus) might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate (pre decided to become like Christ), them he also called (If you choose to love God, He already decided you would become like Christ and would be given a job to do): and whom he called, them he also justified (when He gives you a job, He declares you to be righteous) : and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Luke 13:3 ESV "No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish."
Acts 2:38 ESV "And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Wouldn't it be cruel to tell them to repent if God won't let them? Wouldn't it be pointless if they didn't actually have a choice?
John 8:24 ESV "I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.”" They clearly had a choice to believe or not

Did Death Exist Before Adam?
Adam chose to rebel against God by eating the fruit. The penalty for this was "dying ye shall die."
A plain reading of this says that there was no death or dying before this point. It didn't exist.
"And the Lord God said, 'Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever.' Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the Garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So He drove out the man: and He placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life."
If God had not removed man from the garden, he would have eaten of the Tree of Life and lived. A plain reading of this entire scripture, in context, is that;
Before this there was no sickness and disease, no death, physically or spiritually.
Jesus became sin for us. He took all of our sins on himself and accepted the due punishment. Was that punishment limited to separation from God (spiritual death)? No. Christ was physically beaten and killed. That was the penalty for sin- physical pain and death as well as separation from God.
Since Christ accepted our punishment we know we will have a future without pain, illness, and death, as well as without separation from God. Christ reversed- ended- The Curse.
To go backwards, the Bible clearly states that there will be no more illness, pain, death, or separation from God in heaven, thus implying that pain and death are part of the same curse as separation from God.
Why will they not be in heaven? Because Christ paid the price of the curse in full. Because physical life is always linked with spiritual life in the ending, we can conclude they were linked in the beginning.
There was no death before Adam fell.
Then there was physical and spiritual death.
Christ paid the price to end both.
We are heirs to both physical and spiritual life.
If there was no death before Adam then we know any theories or philosophies that speak of creatures living and dying before Adam are false. It doesn't matter how good they sound, they are wrong. Period.

When You Aren't At Church
The place was quiet without your voice
We missed your gleaming face
We were so sad to look and see your
vacant, empty place.
We hope you are not sick
Nor mortally depressed
We hope your car is working well
No wounds needing dressed
With anxious eyes we'll watch the door
Your car wheels sound the fife
We hope next Sunday you will join
Your friends at Bread of Life.

A Parable
There once was a King who called His faithful servants to Him and handed each one a paint brush. He instructed them to go into the neighboring country and paint each heart white.
The servants joyfully went about their assignment, painting
every heart they came across.
But after a time, they began to notice that in this country
fences were covered in graffiti, houses were old and worn down, curbs were
dirty.
“We have these brushes full of white paint. Why don’t we
paint these run down, dirty things and make everyone’s life better?” Suggested one of them.
So the servants set in to improve this country. And they did
make a difference. Everything looked much prettier.
But after a time, they ran out of paint. So they went back
to their King and asked Him for more.
With tears in His eyes, the king sadly shook His head.
“There is no more paint. You see, there was just enough in
your brushes to paint every heart in that country white. Had you done what I
told you to, not only would all the hearts be white, but the result would have
been that everything else you wanted done would have happened, too. But now it’s
too late.”
At the turn of the century the Christian church teamed up
with those who thought the government knew better how to make decisions in
people’s lives to fight “demon alcohol.” Massive amounts of energy went into
this campaign, and alcohol was eventually outlawed.
That was a disaster.
Those laws were repealed, but the truth is that alcohol
consumption did drop and didn’t return to pre-prohibition levels until the 70’s.
And the difference in our society? All the evils that were
supposed to be cured by getting rid of alcohol continued. They just continued sober
instead of drunk. People were still going to hell. They were just doing it sober.
How different would our country have been if the Christians
had simply stuck to the message of salvation? If all that energy had been put
into bringing people to Christ instead of getting rid of alcohol?
The goals of a better country would have been achieved, plus people would be going to Heaven.
What issues are the church focusing on today instead of salvation?
What fences are we painting now instead of hearts?

We do not bring people to Church to Get Saved.
We bring people to church because they ARE saved.
Less than 3% of Christians came to the Lord inside of a church building.
So many of our churches are going about it all wrong; we are ordering our services to appeal to and save the lost. But this is not the audience for a typical church service. The lost have no reason to come into the church doors.
The church is for the equipping of the members, the training of the people to go out and bring people to God OUTSIDE the church and then bring them to church to be taught and trained.
And the church is for worshiping God.
That is what we should be ordering our services for; worshiping God and training.

Do we sin?
Romans 5:21
So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God's wonderful grace rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:2
1 Well then, should we keep on sinning so that God can show us more and more of His wonderful grace? 2 Of course not! Since we have died to sin, how can we continue to live in it?
Romans 6:11
11 So you also should consider yourselves to be dead to the power of sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus.
There is a common belief among today's Christians that everyone sins everyday no matter how long they have been saved. This belief is not biblical.
First, let me clarify. I DON'T believe you become perfect, never making a mistake, once you become a Christian. We all make mistakes. That's called being human.
But mistakes aren't sins.
James 4:17
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
This is the definition of sin: Sin is the intentional rebellion against God and God's nature. It is KNOWING what is the right thing to do and CHOOSING to not do it.
All of us have done this at some time in our lives, but if we repent of (turn away from) our sins we STOP rebelling against God.
Matthew 5:48
But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect.
Mistakes are accidents or actions, often based on imperfect knowledge, that results in an accident.
If I go out to my apple tree right now I will find an abundance of perfect apples. To be sure, they are very green, immature apples. But they are still perfect.
We are COMMANDED in the Bible to NOT sin- to not intentionally rebel- after we give our hearts to God.
Either Jesus believed it was possible to not sin or He told the woman taken in adultery to the impossible; “No, Lord,” she said. And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.” John 8:11
Same with the man at the pool of healing waters; "But afterward Jesus found him in the Temple and told him, “Now you are well; so stop sinning, or something even worse may happen to you.” John 5:14
Hebrews 10:26 "Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins."
We will still make mistakes.
We will still be tempted (temptation is not sin any more than mistakes are sin.)
But we must NOT sin. We must not knowingly rebel against God.
If you sin you are a sinner.
1 Peter 4:18 to be saved ... And, "If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what
will become of the ungodly and the sinner ...
Proverbs 11:31 If the righteous receive their due on earth, how much more the ungodly and the sinner! ...
Proverbs 13:6 Righteousness guards the person of integrity, but wickedness overthrows the sinner. ...
Proverbs 13:21 ..... Trouble pursues the sinner, but the righteous are rewarded with good things. ...
If you are a sinner, you are not righteous.
If you are righteous. you are not a sinner.
And only the righteous go to heaven.
